Personal data processing policy
made pursuant to and for the effects of the European Legal Regulation 679/2016 GDPR

Purpose of this document

The methods for processing the personal data of users of the Bianchi F.lli SpA website are shown below, and may be collected whilst they consult it.
This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree of 20 June 2003 no. 196 - Code regarding the protection of personal data - art. 14 European Regulations Law 679/2016 GDPR - to people who interact with web services that are accessible by telematic means starting from the address: www.bianchifratelli.it. The indications provided below are also inspired by guidelines drawn from art. 29 of the directive no. 95/46/EC and in particular are concerned with gathering personal data on the Internet, aimed at identifying the minimum measures that must be implemented towards the persons concerned to ensure the fidelity and lawfulness of such practices.

Data controller

Following a consultation of the website www.bianchifratelli.it , hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "owner" of their treatment is Bianchi F.lli S.p.A. with registered office in Via Valdoro, 5 cap 25065 Località Lumezzane Prov. BS, hereinafter identified as the PROCESSOR of the DATA.

Scope

The information is provided only for the WEBSITE in question, and not for other external websites that may be consulted via links on the pages of the WEBSITE, which link to different domains for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.

Data processing location

The treatments connected to the Web services on the WEBSITE (physically resident on servers connected to the network) are carried out at the headquarters of the DATA CONTROLLER and are only handled by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from navigation on the WEBSITE is communicated or disclosed to third parties whose work is not inherent in the management, operation or control of the operations of the WEBSITE itself. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties in the event that this is necessary for that purpose, except as provided in the chapter "optional data provision".

Types of data processed

Navigation Data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These data are not collected with the intention of linking them with identified users but, by its very nature, may lead to the identification of users via processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by people who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters about the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used solely to compile anonymous statistical information about the use of the site, and to verify its correct operation. The data could be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorized by the judicial authority.

Data provided voluntarily by users of the site
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the WEBSITE or by filling out request forms or using other wizards on the WEBSITE itself, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is needed to respond to requests and any other personal data entered.
Specific information will be gradually shown or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular on-demand services.

Optional provision of data

Apart from that data specified for navigation, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or otherwise indicated, to request the sending of informative material or other communication. Failure to provide this data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service. It must be remembered that in some cases (not the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information under Article 15 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016, in order to control the personal data processing. In these cases a reply is compulsory under penalty of a fine.

Username and password

In the event that for access to reserved sections of the WEBSITE the user is asked to choose a 'username' and/or a 'password', it will be the user's responsibility to keep such confidential data and communicate immediately to the DATA CONTROLLER their use by unauthorised persons, any information entered on the site is introduced spontaneously by the interested party, the sections display the information related to the intended treatment.

Cookies

Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to the user's device when you visit a website and allow the WEBSITE to recognise the user's device. They have different purposes such as, for example, allow you to efficiently browse through the pages, remember the favourite sites and, in general, improve the browsing experience. Processing methods

Personal data are processed with and without electronic or automated tools, computerised or telematic for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access in compliance with obligations to adapt to minimum security measures.
To provide a complete service, the WEBSITE may contain links to other websites, not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER who can not be held responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications of illicit moral content, advertisements, banners or files not compliant with current regulatory provisions and compliance with the Privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.

Art.15 rights of the interested party

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (art. 15 of Legislative Decree no. 679/2016). Pursuant to this article, users have the right to request the erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of the information processed in violation of law, and, in any case, to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons.
In any case, the user will remain free at any time to revoke the consents provided by them, by sending without formalities a notice to that effect to the DATA CONTROLLER at the addresses listed at the beginning of this document.

Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to a surviving right and to improve it, also taking into account suggestions sent by customers, collaborators and users.

What is a cookie
